Qualification:

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Overall Professional Experience:

•At least 7 years of experience. In which, 2-3 years in supporting mechanical equipment installations.

•Good knowledge of hospital and laboratory equipment.

Role & Responsibilities:

•Assist in surveying site utilities, capacity, and application details.

•Review previous studies, data collection reports, and hospital plans.

•Research relevant laws, regulations, and standards for compliance.

•Prepare schematic mechanical drawings under senior engineer’s guidance.

•Contribute to schematic design reports and calculation sheets.

•Support in finalizing mechanical design conditions for detailed development.

•Assist in surveying local construction practices.

•Research and suggest optimization strategies for construction methods.

•Prepare detailed mechanical drawings as part of the design process.

•Assist the Cost Management Engineer with cost estimates and material calculations.

•Calculate material and labor quantities for the project.

•Support the preparation of tender documents for mechanical work.

•Review construction work plans and provide feedback.

•Assist in site inspections and monitor construction progress.

•Ensure compliance with project specifications and report to the senior engineer.

•Participate in construction completion inspections.

•Contribute to the preparation of the mechanical works completion report.
